An agent walks a property with a phone and clipboard, then spends an evening turning scribbled measurements, room notes and photos into a listing. The write-up, room list, key features and portal uploads are all retyped by hand. Every typo or missing detail costs a call or a viewing.

What AI makes possible now

The automation takes the survey pack as it exists: floor plan sketch, photos, voice memo or typed notes. It reads room dimensions, aspect, condition and features, then drafts listing copy in your usual tone. It fills the portal fields for price, rooms, address, EPC and tenure, attaches the best photos in order. You review and edit one screen before it publishes.

How it works

1. Drop the survey pack into a shared folder or email it to the automation address.
2. The model reads floor plans, photos and notes, extracting rooms, measurements, features and condition.
3. It writes the description, room-by-room bullets, key features and portal fields in your house style.
4. You get a preview with every change highlighted, approve or edit, and the listing goes to the portal.

The first thirty days

In the first 30 days we map one agent's listing workflow and build a single pipeline from survey pack to draft listing. It outputs a complete Rightmove or Zillow ready draft with description, features and photos ordered. No portal API integration yet; you copy the approved draft into the portal while we watch accuracy.

How it earns

Saves the agent the evening of typing and formatting per listing. The fixed monthly fee covers the pipeline, so a branch with a steady flow of listings recovers it in recovered viewing time.

Why now

Vision models now read floor plans and property photos well enough to extract rooms and features reliably. Portal uploads are still a manual bottleneck that agents tolerate because no one has wired the two together.

The hard part
