Nexibeo started in 2017 building software for other people. Over the years the work changed shape: from apps and platforms to AI systems, and from building things to running them.
Today there are two sides to the studio, and they share everything. We build and operate our own AI products: a training platform, a managed agent service, a meditation app, a template catalog and a signals service. And we run AI automation for other companies on one fixed fee, one or two processes a month, done for them.
The products are where we learn what breaks. Model prices change, APIs change, users do things nobody planned for. Running five products means we live with those failure modes every week, which is exactly the experience a client is paying for when they hand us a process.
We are deliberately small. One consultant knows your business and stays on it. You never explain the same thing twice.
How we work
Write it down first
No process gets automated before it is written down with the person who does it. The document is the product.
A human signs off
Anything with money, legal weight or a customer's name in it gets a sign-off step. We design for the day it is wrong.
Boring is a feature
Retries, logs, backups, alerts. The part nobody demos is the part that decides whether it works in month six.
