Consultancy

One fee. Your processes, run by AI.

Each month we automate one or two of the bigger processes in your company, or two or three smaller ones. Fully done, not a pilot you have to finish. We map it, build it, host it, watch it and fix it. You get the hours back.

Book a call

You already know which process it is.

It is the one where somebody copies things from one place into another every morning. The one where a customer waits a day for a reply that is always the same reply. The report that takes a Friday afternoon and gets read by two people.

Everybody in the company knows it is a waste. Nobody owns fixing it, because fixing it is not anybody's job, and the last time somebody tried, they got halfway and went back to their real work.

That is the process we take. We do not ask your team to learn a tool or finish a prototype. We sit with the person who does it, write it down properly, build it, and run it. Then we take the next one.

How a month works

The rhythm is the same every month, so your team always knows what is happening and when.

Week 1

Map

We pick the process together and sit with the person who runs it. We write it down: trigger, inputs, steps, decisions, exceptions, done-state.

Weeks 2 and 3

Build

We build and test on real work. You see the first runs. We add the sign-off steps and the logs.

Week 4

Run and hand over

It takes over. We monitor it, document it and walk your team through it. Then we pick the next process.

What you keep doing

Deciding. Every process keeps a human where the process needs one: approving a payment, signing off a quote, choosing an exception. We build the sign-off in, so the automation makes the work smaller, never the responsibility.

The boring half is the fee.

Prompts are a small part of an automation that lasts. The rest is infrastructure, model changes, retries, monitoring and somebody to call. We run five products of our own on that same boring half, every day. Your process gets the same treatment.

Questions we get on the first call

What counts as a large process, and what counts as a small one?

A large process crosses several tools or people: order intake through to invoice, a hiring pipeline, month-end reporting. A small process is one job: sorting inbound email, drafting replies to a common request, producing a weekly report, chasing an unpaid invoice. We agree the split with you at the start of each month.

What do you need from us?

About ninety minutes with the person who does the work today, access to the tools the process touches, and one person who can make decisions. That is it. We do the rest.

Where does it run, and where does our data go?

The automation runs inside your tools and accounts wherever it can, and on infrastructure we manage where it cannot. Your data stays in your systems. We do not train models on it.

Which AI models do you use?

Whichever fits the process. Different processes want different models, and the best choice changes every few months. We pick per process, measure cost and quality, and switch when there is a better option.

What happens when something breaks?

We see it before you do. Every run is monitored and we get alerted on failures. Fixing it is part of the fee, not a separate invoice.

Will this replace people on my team?

It replaces tasks. The person who spent every morning re-keying orders gets the morning back. What your team does with the hours is your decision, and in our experience it is the work they were hired for.

How fast do we see the first result?

The first process is running before the end of the first month.

Is it monthly or yearly?

Either. $1,900 a month on the monthly plan, or $19,000 for a year, which is two months free. The standard price is $2,900 a month or $29,000 a year.

Bring one process.

Describe the work you are sick of in two or three sentences. We reply within one working day with whether it can run itself and what the first month would look like. No deck, no discovery fee.
