The SimplySocial platform includes: mood analysis, social media crisis management, online training of employees, social media sharing for all employees of the enterprise via mobile applications, replying to all social media messages from one inbox location, and full LinkedIn integration, which was unique at the time this feature was developed.
Current situation
In 2014, SimplySocial was sold to Matchfire and integrated in Matchfire’s suite of technology services and operational logistics; they engineered experiences consumers love.
